FAQ
Why is the Android app no longer available?
From one day to the next, Google (Android) decided that the app was no longer compliant with their regulations. They simply and purely removed the app from the store along with all associated data (purchases, comments...) without giving us any recourse. As a result, we cannot refund a customer or verify that a purchase was indeed made. Despite our attempts to explain to them that this is unfair to users, they refuse to listen. That is why we decided to create an online version, independent of Google/Android and their censorship.
I already purchased a pack on the Android app, can I use it on the online version?
Unfortunately, no. Purchases made on the Android app are managed by Google and are inaccessible since the app was removed from the store. To protect your anonymity, we did not ask for any email address or any identifier to use the app, so we cannot verify that you made a purchase on the Android version.
Do I have to buy the online version even if I already bought the Android version?
Unfortunately, yes. Purchases made on Android have “disappeared,” as this is how Google handles things when they remove an app from their store. This online version is completely independent and unrelated to Android, allowing us to avoid this kind of censorship. We understand that it is frustrating to have to pay again for the full version of the “Kamasutra” without additional cost. This version can also be used from a PC, an iOS device, or any other device using an Internet browser.
